The department shared the announcement on its social media post, providing physical descriptions and last known addresses.
Plummer is described as a 54-year-old male with black hair and brown eyes, last known to be on Harrison Street in Green Cove Springs, Florida. The social media post also identifies Kisha Johnson as a 53-year-old female with black hair and brown eyes, last known to reside on Roberts Street in Green Cove Springs.
