In a social media post, it's underscored that Tommy was last spotted on October 15, around the vicinity of the 1300 block of E. 111th St., an area embedded in the city's daily hustle.
According to the department's description, provided by the person who reported him missing, Tommy is known to hang around E. 112th St. & Superior Ave., and E. 76th St. & Union Ave., spots that bear the footprint of his routine. The Cleveland Police emphasized that concealing a missing juvenile is a criminal offense, entailing serious repercussions, and shared this message with a photo of Tommy through the Cleveland Division of Police's official Facebook page.
