
A fatal hit-and-run in St. Louis has killed a bicyclist. According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the incident occurred near the intersection of Union Avenue and Brown Avenue just before 10:00 a.m. last Saturday. The cyclist was traveling southbound on Union Boulevard when a vehicle struck them and fled the scene.
During the crash, the bicyclist was thrown over a concrete barrier, leaving behind pieces of what appeared to be a white vehicle. Police report that the bicyclist, who has not been identified, died at the scene.
Investigators are requesting information from the public regarding the incident. The District 6 Detective Bureau has established a tip line at 314-444-0001 for any details about the events before, during, or after the crash.
