A theft at a Walmart store on Fallston Boulevard has led to the issuance of a criminal summons against one suspect, while two others remain unidentified. Last Friday, deputies were called to the scene after store loss prevention staff reported that three suspects made away with various electronics worth about $1,800. According to the Harford County Sheriff's Office, two women and a man loaded their carts with merchandise, including two PlayStation 5 consoles and three Apple iPads, and then dashed from the store without completing the transaction.
Following the incident, a good Samaritan provided video footage that included a glimpse of the getaway car's license plate. This vital clue allowed deputies to quickly ascertain that the vehicle belonged to China Banisha Woody, a 33-year-old resident of Owings Mills, Maryland. Woody is now facing a criminal summons for her involvement in the theft. However, the Harford County Sheriff’s Office is still attempting to firmly identify the two accomplices involved in the incident.
The Sheriff's Office is actively pursuing leads to bring the remaining suspects to justice.
