Euless, Texas, is gearing up for some festive fun as the Natatorium invites families to make a unique holiday splash. On December 12, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the indoor heated pool at 300 W. Midway Dr. will host a "Swim with Santa" event. Kids and family members can enjoy the rare opportunity to swim with Santa Claus amidst the backdrop of a heated pool, as reported by the City of Euless.
Bringing the excitement of the North Pole to Euless, families can take part in reindeer games and capture a photo with Santa, making for an unforgettable holiday experience. Children are encouraged to bring their Christmas lists, and though posing with Santa after a splash in the pool, might have the lists soggy. After the swim, festivities continue with a cookie-decorating session where participants can adorn sugar cookies to take home.
The merriment doesn't stop at the pool edge. The event promises to provide the perfect holiday treats, complete with Santa's hot cocoa and apple cider, enjoyed fireside. Registration for the event is mandatory, with a fee of $10 per person. Spaces are limited, and families interested in attending are advised to sign up early to secure their chance to swim with St. Nick.
Accessibility is a key consideration for the City of Euless, and individuals with concerns are encouraged to reach out for necessary arrangements. Connie Scott, ADA Coordinator, can be contacted at 201 North Ector Dr, Euless, TX 76039, or by calling 817-685-1439. The city advises that requests for auxiliary aids or service modifications for effective communication should be made as soon as possible, but making the requests no later than 48 hours before the scheduled "Swim with Santa" event, the order of events might not unfold as smoothly.
