
Authorities in Houston are investigating a fatal crash that occurred around 5:25 p.m. on Wednesday on the 4400 block of El Dorado Boulevard, resulting in the death of a 42-year-old man. The victim, driving a gray Ford Focus, failed to yield at a stop sign on Hickory Knoll Drive, causing a collision with a black Ford F250 pulling a trailer, according to the City of Houston.
After the initial impact, both vehicles were pushed into the opposite traffic lane, where the F250 struck a white Acura MDX. The identity of the deceased has not been released pending family notification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, as reported by the City of Houston.
A crash in Houston killed the male driver of a Ford Focus. The 29-year-old female driver of a Ford F250 was injured and taken to a hospital, while the 42-year-old female driver of an Acura was not hurt. Houston Police’s Vehicular Crimes Division is investigating and reported no signs of impairment from the F250 driver, as stated by the City of Houston.
