A car accident on Watson Road in Von Ormy left one person dead and another seriously injured. The San Antonio Police Department responded to a collision between a white sedan and a silver SUV, according to KENS 5.
Despite the swift arrival of first responders around 1:40 p.m. Tuesday, the driver of the white sedan was pronounced dead, according to the San Antonio Fire Department. Another man suffered a head injury and was hospitalized in critical condition, FOX San Antonio reported. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
SAPD continues investigating the collision. Speed may have been a factor, but no conclusions have been reached. The identities of those involved have not been released, and authorities have provided limited information.
