The group's illegal escapade, spanning October 30 to November 10, spiraled into an orchestrated retail thievery affair which was unraveled by a search warrant executed at the Frazier residence on December 4, yielding the discovery of purloined goods and an unserialized handgun; this raid brought to light the deeper layers of their scheme, a statement affirmed by WMAR-2 News sheds light on their methods: two would enter the store and fill the suitcase with goods, flee, then a third would come to fetch the goods.
Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey R.
