Moya Davenport Gray has been appointed to the Hawaiʻi State Ethics Commission for a four-year term. She has more than 30 years of experience as an attorney and has held several public service and leadership roles. Gov. Josh Green said, “Moya Gray’s career reflects a deep commitment to ethics, transparency and public trust.” Gray will replace outgoing Commissioner Beverley D. Tobias, pending confirmation, as stated by the Office of the Governor.
