Early Sunday morning, a blaze broke out at Jack's Fruit and Meat Market in Essexville, as ABC12 reported, firefighters from the Hampton Township Department of Public Safety were quick to respond, with smoke and flames visible at the building's rear upon their arrival, the firefighters made entry and controlled the fire, which minimized the spread of the flames.
No injuries were sustained during the incident, and the fire marshal from Hampton Township Public Safety Department has begun an investigation to ascertain the fire's origin, this information was confirmed by a separate report from WNEM, who stated no one was hurt and that the cause is currently being investigated by the fire marshal.
