Authorities in Harris County are seeking the public’s help to identify two suspects involved in a $1,433 retail theft at the Nike Store, located at 29300 Northwest Freeway, Houston Premium Outlet Mall, on November 28. Surveillance footage shows a man and a woman taking merchandise without paying, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
The male suspect is a Hispanic man in his mid-20s to early 30s, with a heavy build, black hair, and a beard, last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and blue shoes. The female suspect is a Black woman, 25 to 35 years old, medium build, with distinctive shoulder-length silver hair, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, the Constable’s office is asking anyone with information about case number 2511-04182 to contact their dispatch or local law enforcement. Updates are available on Constable Herman’s Facebook and Instagram, and through the app "C4 NOW," which provides information on crime, arrests, safety tips, and local traffic incidents. The office urges the community to report any information that may help with the investigation.
