On Wednesday, Harris County deputies responded to a reported vehicle break-in in the 3400 block of Maris Way. The suspect, later identified as Demarcus Bogany, fled on foot but was quickly caught by law enforcement, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"Demarcus Bogany was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Arrest. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 2." The arrest followed a brief foot chase through the neighborhood, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, the office updated the community through Facebook, Instagram, and the "C4 NOW" app with information on local crime, arrests, safety tips, and traffic incidents. Bogany was arrested for allegedly tampering with a vehicle and fleeing from officers and released on a $100 bond. His upcoming court dates will provide more details about the incident.
