On December 25, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 23000 block of Aldine Westfield Road. The driver was identified as Amber Ard, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4's Facebook post.
Deputies discovered the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Further checks also showed Ard had an active felony warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
