A 20-year-old driver was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated after a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office pulled over her vehicle in Harris County. The incident, which took place on December 20th, occurred in the 19000 block of Lee Road, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
The driver, identified as Avreyana Marks, was observed displaying signs suggestive of inebriation. In the course of the traffic stop, officers proceeded to administer a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, based on which they concluded that Marks was indeed under the influence.
