Last Friday, Harris County constable deputies arrested Gumaro Lerma on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated following a traffic stop in the 15400 block of the Northwest Freeway. Deputies said Lerma showed signs of impairment, failed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, and later tested with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.144, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Investigators determined that Lerma had a prior Driving While Intoxicated conviction, making this his second offense. Harris County Constable Precinct 4 stated that his bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 03.

Constable Mark Herman said, "Gumaro Lerma was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated."
