Majesti Faith Lee, 27, has been arrested and charged in the aftermath of the collision that claimed three lives and critically injured a young child. Occurring in the early hours last Saturday, the crash extinguished the lives of Lizbeth Rodriguez Contreras, 27, Diego Pena Jr., 26, and 5-year-old Camila Pena, leaving, said by officials, just a 3-year-old in a state of critical condition as the survivor of the crash. Lee herself sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital by Life Flight.
