Henderson just upped its brunch game. First Watch has opened its second Las Vegas Valley restaurant at 10415 South Eastern Ave., bringing its daytime menu and heavy coffee pours to a new corner of town.
The 3,700-square-foot restaurant seats more than 170 guests and includes a covered terrace plus an indoor bar, according to the Las Vegas Review‑Journal. To sweeten the debut, the chain rolled out an opening-week promotion that offers unlimited Project Sunrise coffee with meals through Friday. The paper also noted that, per a company announcement, the new Henderson location is slated to see its first seasonal menu turn in 2026.
Henderson’s First Watch follows the brand’s Nevada debut in September on Craig Road in North Las Vegas, according to a company press release from First Watch Restaurant Group. That announcement said the Craig Road spot spans roughly 4,400 square feet and introduced the brand’s chef-driven, made-to-order approach to the Las Vegas Valley.
What's on the menu
The core lineup leans into comfort food with a twist: Million Dollar Bacon, lemon ricotta pancakes, Farmhouse Hash, barbacoa breakfast tacos and a Ham & Gruyère melt, as per First Watch. The chain also pours its signature Project Sunrise coffee, sourced from women coffee farmers in Huila, Colombia, a partnership described by Royal Cup, which helped develop the coffee program.
Hours and service
The Henderson location is a daytime-only operation, open daily from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with dine-in, pickup and delivery available, as stated by the Las Vegas Review‑Journal. The outlet also reported that a third Las Vegas Valley restaurant is on deck, this one planned for North Stephanie Street in Henderson with an expected opening in January.
More locations and opening perks
The upcoming Stephanie Street restaurant is already teasing pre-opening VIP signups and opening-week perks, including a free pot of Project Sunrise coffee and a free tumbler for early guests. First Watch lists 550 North Stephanie Street as the coming-soon address and is inviting locals to join a waitlist ahead of the planned January debut.
