The family of Texas A&M student Brianna Aguilera has hired Houston attorney Tony Buzbee. Brianna died at an Austin apartment complex after the Texas A&M football game against Texas. Her parents are working with Buzbee to find out what happened, according to Click2Houston.
Brianna was found dead shortly after midnight in an apartment on Rio Grande Street, with the Austin Police Department reporting "no indications of suspicious circumstances." Her mother, Stephanie Rodriguez, expressed disbelief in a natural or self-inflicted death, recalling, "A detective called me telling me that my daughter had been found in a morgue, deceased," and noting multiple people were present in the apartment, as reported by KHOU.
Brianna’s tragic fall after tailgating in Austin remains uncertain, prompting the Buzbee Law Firm and Gamez Law Firm to seek information about her activities last Friday. Brianna’s parents and attorney Tony Buzbee will hold a news conference in Houston to share information about her death and request any witnesses to come forward.
