According to their Facebook post yesterday, 48-year-old Brian Boyd is sought by #teamHCSO detectives for a series of offenses.
Boyd's charges include "Failure of Sex Offender to Report for Driver License or ID Card Renewal," "Failure of Sex Offender to Report Biannually," and "Failure of Sexual Offender to Report," which raise concerns about his compliance with legal requirements for registered sex offenders, the law mandates these individuals to update their whereabouts in order to safeguard the public and ensure their activities are monitored; additionally, Boyd is also facing "Violation of Parole: Grand Theft Motor Vehicle" and "Violation of Parole: Fleeing to Elude a Police Officer," offenses pointing to a history of more aggressive criminal behavior.
