Last Tuesday, deputies responded to a traffic accident on the 800 block of N. Sam Houston Parkway W and found driver Carlos Rodriguez showing signs of intoxication. After conducting Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, officers confirmed he was impaired, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Constable Mark Herman stated that "Carlos Rodriguez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated." His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 5, as mentioned by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
