
Authorities are seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect involved in a retail theft estimated at $1,200. The incident occurred at the Burberry store in the Houston Premium Outlet Mall on November 21, as reported by Houston Premium Outlets in a Facebook post, according to Constable Mark Herman's Office.
The theft was captured on video surveillance, where a male suspect is seen concealing multiple items and leaving the store without payment. The man described as a Black male with a beard was wearing a black “AC/DC” t-shirt at the time of the alleged theft. The authorities have yet to make an arrest, and the case number has been identified as #2511-03104.
Constable Mark Herman's Office appealed to the community through their social media channels. "If you have any information regarding this case, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement and refer to case #2511-03104," a statement on the precinct's Facebook page implores. They encourage anyone with information to step forward and assist in the case.
The agency’s outreach extends beyond Facebook updates. Officials are also encouraging residents to use their mobile app, “C4 NOW,” which provides real-time information on crime, arrests, safety alerts, and traffic incidents in the area. The digital tool is designed to keep the community informed and support quicker responses to criminal activity.
