Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a two-day holiday crime suppression operation in the shopping area along the 29300 block of the Northwest Freeway, including Houston Premium Outlet Mall. The operation focused on offenses such as retail theft and bank jugging and resulted in multiple arrests, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Last Thursday, deputies arrested Jamoire Sherrod with stolen merchandise from Ross and the Nike Outlet Store; he also had an active theft warrant and was charged with Theft, with bond set at $2,500 out of County Court 10. Pedro Romero was also arrested after a vehicle fled a reported theft at Academy, and due to an existing felony warrant, he was charged with Evading, while his accomplice was cited for theft and released; Romero’s bond was pending at the time of the report, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Last Friday, Andre Skinner was charged in connection with a $100 false return theft at H-E-B, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page. He was arrested, booked into the Harris County Jail, and had a $100 bond set by County Court 14. Officials said updates and information are shared through Precinct 4’s social media accounts and the mobile app “C4 NOW.”
