
A man has been arrested in Houston following allegations of assaulting a 7-year-old child on Monday. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 8500 block of W. Rayford Road, where the investigation revealed the child had sustained pain and visible injuries, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"Davis Lowe was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Injury to a Child," said Constable Mark Herman. Lowe, a convicted felon, faces charges stemming from the incident, and his bond had not been set by the 248th District Court at the time of the report, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
