
The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division is asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect in a robbery at a smoke shop in Southwest Houston. According to the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division, the incident happened early on November 4 at the 3400 block of Cummins, when a man entered the shop pretending to be a customer and then used pepper spray to assault an employee.
The suspect incapacitated an employee, broke glass display cases, and stole smoke-related items, cash, and the employee’s personal belongings. Houston police described him as a Black male wearing a green pullover with matching pants and assigned the case number 1446449-25, as reported by the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division.
Crime Stoppers of Houston is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest or charges. Tips can be submitted by calling 713-222-TIPS, online, or through the Crime Stoppers app, as stated by the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division.
