Jacksonville Weather Update, Fluctuating Temperatures and Showers on the Horizon

Residents of Jacksonville can expect a turn in the weather as the week progresses, with temperatures slated to fluctuate and chances of showers increasing by Thursday. According to the National Weather Service, today's forecast calls for mostly cloudy skies up to 69 degrees. Light breezes from the north will shift northeast in the morning, from the humidity which currently stands at a muggy 93 percent.

Sunday continues the sunny trend, rising to a high near 72, the NWS notes. As for early next week will hold steady with mostly sunny days and temperatures hovering at a comfortable 70 degrees.
