The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas will give a $750 bonus to all full-time flex employees as part of its Venetian Appreciation Award program, now in its fourth year and totaling over $32 million in awards. Part-time and on-call employees receive prorated payments based on hours worked. Patrick Nichols, the Venetian's president and CEO, said, "When we win as a team, we all share in the success. Our success is driven by the creativity, determination, and heart of our Team Members," as reported by News3LV.
The Venetian Resort has rewarded employees through programs like the Red Coin Award, tied to the resort’s financial and service goals, while completing major renovations including over 4,000 suites, expanded convention facilities, and new dining options. "Employee engagement, which is something we invested heavily in, is at record levels and financially our earnings are at a record level for 2025 and are on a strong growth trajectory," according to CDC Gaming.
Looking ahead, upgrades to the Palazzo suites are planned, showing the resort’s continued focus on improvement. The resort also emphasizes community support, with executives pledging their awards to Rialto and HELP of Southern Nevada, reflecting a commitment to social responsibility.
