
Relief spread across the Humble area of Harris County after authorities confirmed a previously missing teen was found safe on Sunday. According to FOX 26 Houston, the teen was last seen near Wilson and Atascocita Roads, and officials had been preparing to issue a regional Amber Alert.
The alert was later canceled after the teen was located unharmed, officials said. Authorities have not released details about the disappearance or recovery, and the circumstances remain undisclosed.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that a 17-year-old reported missing from Atascocita was safely recovered after leaving his home around 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, as reported by KHOU. Following his recovery, authorities removed the teen’s name and photo from public circulation to protect his privacy.
