Dozier has also held roles with the Westside Business Association, the Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce, and serves as chair of the Mid-Missouri Heart Ball.

Leo Price Sr. of O’Fallon has been reappointed to the board. He is president of St. Charles Barber College and previously operated Desi's Sports Barber Shop. The governor’s office noted his experience in barber education and leadership as a board member.

Timothy Root of Columbia has been appointed to the board. He is the owner and stylist at Root's Nouveau Salon and represents Region II on the National Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology. Root has over 30 years of experience in the cosmetology industry.
