
A person was killed early Wednesday morning in North Harris County after being hit by several vehicles. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the incident happened around 5:45 a.m. at the intersection of Jackrabbit Road and FM 529.
"The adult was hit by several cars at the intersection and was confirmed dead at the scene," as reported by Click2Houston. Sheriff Ed Gonzalez stated that only two drivers remained at the scene, "but several other cars did hit the pedestrian and drove off," as per CW39.
The Harris County Sheriff's Office Vehicular Crimes Division is investigating the incident and searching for additional drivers involved. Authorities urge any witnesses or individuals with information to come forward to help provide answers and bring closure to this tragedy.
