Rain is forecast to develop Thursday night, with the probability of precipitation increasing to around 90 percent.
The National Weather Service Hazardous Weather Outlook indicates that no hazardous conditions meeting warning criteria are anticipated on land or at sea, with the exception of potential gale conditions forecast from Thursday night into Friday.
After the rainfall later in the week, conditions on Friday and through the weekend include a 30 percent chance of rain, partly sunny daytime periods, and colder nighttime temperatures, with lows falling into the mid-20s.
