MGM Resorts International is gearing up to change the face of Park MGM, as the NoMad Las Vegas is set to undergo a rebranding to become The Reserve at Park MGM. The transformation is planned for completion on December 17, according to a company announcement revealed today, as reported by News3LV. This rebranding will see venues previously under the NoMad name embrace new identities, with NoMad Pool, Library, and Bar transitioning to The Terrace Pool, The Library, and The Reserve Bar, respectively.

The updated identity aims to keep intact the "elevated and sophisticated experience guests have come to know and love," were the words made public in a statement from MGM Resorts International. This strategic move is not coming alone, as the rebranded property is expected to join the Marriott Bonvoy Autograph Collection in early 2026, an integration facilitated by MGM Resorts' licensing agreement with Marriott International. This will allow Marriott Bonvoy members to begin to earn and redeem points at The Reserve at Park MGM.

Potential guests and MGM Rewards members should note that reservations for The Reserve at Park MGM can be made through the MGM Resorts website and the MGM Rewards app starting December 17. The Reserve at Park MGM will feature 293 guest rooms and suites, mirroring the high-quality standards of the former NoMad Las Vegas. Meanwhile, the addition of The Reserve at Park MGM will expand the MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy on the Las Vegas Strip to 13 properties, detailed in an investor news release from MGM Resorts.

It is, however, not all just about rebranding and loyalty programs. MGM Resorts has a diversified portfolio that includes 31 hotel and gaming destinations worldwide. The entertainment behemoth is looking to expand further, with particular focus on targeted growth in Asia and the ongoing integrated resort opportunity in Japan. In light of these developments, the company cautions that forward-looking statements involve risks and uncertainties, and actual results may differ from those planned. Nonetheless, MGM Resorts continues to prioritize initiatives that position it as a leader in hospitality and entertainment, as well as a responsible corporate citizen that embraces sustainable practices and community engagement.
