The New York Police Department is actively seeking the public's assistance in apprehending a man wanted for sexual abuse in Manhattan. According to authorities, the incident happened on December 4, at around 5:12 PM when the suspect allegedly sexually abused a 29-year-old woman. The alleged crime took place on a BX12 MTA bus as it neared the intersection of 10 Avenue and West 207 Street within the 34th Precinct's limits. The NYPD's Crimestoppers social media post describes how the unidentified man approached the victim and pressed his groin against her leg over her clothing. After committing the act, the man reportedly exited the bus and fled on foot to an unknown destination.
The NYPD has released this information in hopes to quickly find the person responsible. They encourage anyone who might either have witnessed the incident or has any related information to come forward.
