
An early morning blaze in Buffalo Township, Butler County, necessitated swift action by emergency crews, culminating in one individual requiring hospital treatment.
Per details procured by WPXI, the fire ignited around 1:30 a.m. in the residential locale of the 600 block of Sarver Road. Butler County 911 dispatchers confirmed that all occupants of the home evacuated safely, yet one was later transported by ambulance to receive medical care.
While combating the flames, which were brought under control just over an hour, crews from neighboring counties, Allegheny and Armstrong, were summoned to assist at the scene. According to information shared by WTAE, they helped ensure that the fire did not spread further, working alongside local fire departments. Despite their coordinated efforts, investigators have yet to determine the cause of the fire, which remains unresolved.
