The Philadelphia Police Department is urgently seeking assistance from the public to locate a missing juvenile, named Summer Fulton. According to a statement released by the department, Summer was last observed on the 30xx block of Tulip St. yesterday.
At age 16, Summer is described as having black hair and brown eyes, with a height of approximately 5’6″, and weighing around 150 lbs. Unfortunately, there's been no information provided regarding the clothing she was wearing at the time of her disappearance.
The police are asking anyone with knowledge about Summer's whereabouts to step forward. Those who may have seen Summer or have any relevant information are encouraged to contact the East Detectives Division at 215-686-3243.
