Martinez was spotted at the Target Store on #1 Mifflin Street, as per a statement by the department. Authorities are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward.
Martinez, who is 54 years old, is described as being around 6’0″ tall with a medium build, weighing approximately 150 lbs. He has gray hair, along with a full beard and mustache. The notice did not include what David was wearing at the time of his sighting, but it does mention that he may frequent areas along Kensington Ave.
The police have classified Martinez as endangered, but the circumstances that led to this classification have not been disclosed.
