The Philadelphia Police Department has issued an alert for a missing teenager, Giselle Badillo, and is seeking public assistance to determine her whereabouts. Aged 17, Giselle was last seen on Thursday, around 12:27 p.m. on the 47XX block of Worth Street, as reported by the Philadelphia Police Department's news blotter.
Giselle is described as 5 feet 1 inch in height, with a weight of 140 pounds, brown eyes, and bright red hair. She is distinguished by her nose piercing and her thin build. Her last apparel sighting consisted of a neon green sports bra and red/black plaid pants, and she might be attempting a trip to Washington D.C. Anyone with knowledge about Giselle, wearing her unmistakable hair color, is encouraged to come forward.
Officials have not stated if they believe foul play is involved but emphasize that finding the missing juvenile is a priority. The details about the case are sparse, but the Philadelphia Police urge if anyone has seen or has any information regarding the girl with the distinctive red hair, to make contact with the Northeast Detectives at 215-686-3153.
