According to their news release, the 16-year-old has been missing since the afternoon of December 18, 2025. Last seen at around 3:30 PM, he left his home on the 42xx block of North 6th Street and has not yet made a return.
Standing at 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing approximately 110 pounds, Alfonso has a thin build, with brown eyes and medium brown hair. During the time he went missing, worn by him was a white T-shirt paired with gray sweatpants. His physical description could help citizens spot him and provide valuable information to the authorities.
