Regarding the juvenile, the authorities stated that Chloe stands 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 109 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair, according to a recent bulletin released on their official website.
At the time of her disappearance, the young teen was last sighted leaving her grandmother's home located on the 5700 block of North 7th Street in Philadelphia's 35th District, as detailed by the Philadelphia Police Department. She was dressed in black leggings, a black shirt, topped with a red hoodie, and black Adidas sneakers.
Anyone with knowledge regarding her current whereabouts is urged to step forward and contact the Northwest Detective Division, suggesting that even the smallest detail could be critical in ensuring her safe return.
