Police are investigating a suspected murder-suicide in a Las Vegas neighborhood. The LVMPD responded Friday evening to a call at a residence on the 7200 block of Powers Street, as per a report from the LVMPD's official news release.
Around 8:17 p.m., officers responded to a home after reports of gunfire. LVMPD SWAT and crisis negotiators found an unresponsive man and woman inside. Authorities told News 3 Las Vegas that the man likely died from a self-inflicted gunshot, while the woman had multiple stab wounds.
