Raleigh's Kiwanis Park will host a modern take on the traditional tea party. According to the City of Raleigh, the "Girls' Tea & Triumph" event, scheduled for February 20, 2026 from 5 to 6:30 p.m., invites girls aged three and older, accompanied by adults, to enjoy socializing, games, and charitable activities.
The event begins at 5 p.m. with tea service, offering attendees a selection of teas and treats. Following this, activities will include games designed to engage participants of all ages. A round of bingo, featuring prizes, will conclude the event.
The event also includes a charitable component, encouraging participants to bring donations of new women’s-sized underwear for the local women’s center. "So, bring your generous hearts along with your playful spirits," the City of Raleigh stated.
The event is free to attend, but families must register in advance through Raleigh Parks & Recreation's RecLink. While open to girls of all ages, participants are encouraged to stay for the full duration. More information and registration details are available at the City of Raleigh website.
