The Rocklin Police Department’s COPPS Unit arrested Fitim Toshi, 45, of Sacramento, following a shoplifting spree across five counties totaling over $45,000. Toshi was caught attempting to leave Bass Pro Shop with stolen merchandise. According to the Rocklin Police Department, Officers pursued him on foot and took him into custody. Toshi faces a felony conviction for his crimes, ending his months-long theft streak.
