He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing about 170 pounds, with gray hair, brown eyes, and a gray beard, last seen wearing an "unknown color T-shirt, green hoodie, khaki pants, sandals," as stated by the Roseville Police Department. Young was driving a 2000 Tan Chevy Silverado step-side short bed truck, California plate 6B50875, with front right bumper damage, though he is not the registered owner and does not have a cell phone or money.
According to the Roseville Police Department on their Facebook page, they are looking for Charles Ashley Young, who may be heading toward Foresthill or Sacramento. He has dementia and could be at risk in the winter weather. Anyone with information about his location should contact the Roseville Police Department immediately.
