The arrest occurred on a quiet Sunday evening after a disturbance was reported at the healthcare facility located at 893 North IH-35. According to the City of Round Rock, Texas, the incident took place last Sunday night.
It was the vigilant eye of a business representative, monitoring the live security camera feed, that first detected the unusual activity within the orthopedic center. Casas was found inside and proceeded to exit the building shortly after the officers' appearance, leading to his capture without further complication, as reported by the City of Round Rock.
