The Round Rock Police Department has taken 17-year-old Issac Jermaine Flores White into custody, a suspect of a recent burglary at a vape shop. According to a press release from the department, the arrest follows a break-in at the Four20 Smoke & Vape Shop located at 1400 E. Old Settlers Blvd earlier this month. Responding to an alarm in the early hours of Monday, officers arrived on scene to discover security footage depicting three individuals forcibly entering the establishment.
In a similar twist, this wasn't the first time the business had been targeted. The same location suffered an attempted burglary in November 2025, wherein the perpetrators also shattered a front door and wielded a hammer against a display case in a vain effort. Fortunately, surveillance tools, including Flock Safety cameras, played a vital role in tracing the stolen vehicle utilized in the latest incident. This piece of detective work led authorities directly to White, who now faces multiple charges, as reported by the City of Round Rock.
The Round Rock Police report details the charges against White, including burglary of a building, burglary of a vehicle, two counts of criminal trespassing, evading arrest or detention, and an outstanding warrant for burglary of a vehicle, as detailed by the City of Round Rock. With White held at Williamson County Jail, the police's effort continues as they seek to identify and arrest the two remaining suspects linked to these crimes.
