Sanford police have confirmed the arrest of a second suspect in a fatal shooting that took place earlier in November. 31-year-old Damarious Ditrell Cofield is now in custody, facing charges related to the death of 22-year-old La-Don Ja Quan Williams, as ClickOrlando reported. The shooting, leaving Williams dead and another individual wounded, occurred in the vicinity of 14th Street and Mangoustine Avenue.
