It will be his third Austin-area shop, following earlier openings off Anderson Lane and in Dripping Springs.

Franchisee Mike Cullen, who told reporters he first connected with the brand when his family opened an early Austin shop and later opened locations off Anderson Lane in 2013 and in Dripping Springs in 2018, told What Now he is moving ahead with a third location at Shady Hollow. Cullen told What Now the new shop is expected to have "about 21 seats inside," and the team is weighing the addition of outdoor tables.
