“We have hired nearly 100 people and anticipate onboarding 100-115 for the opening,” franchise operator Dan McGrath told MySA. The local report notes that the Potranco location has a tentative opening this Monday and that most crew members are expected to come from the immediate area.

McGrath, a multi-unit operator who helped launch five Slim Chickens in greater San Antonio, told MySA that his group has "committed to building 20 restaurants across the San Antonio and Austin markets."
