Between last Monday through Sunday, the Shrewsbury Police Department recorded a series of crimes resulting in multiple arrests. Last Tuesday, two women from St. Louis City were arrested at a Walmart for an alleged coordinated shoplifting incident, in which one reportedly concealed items in the restroom while the other acted as a lookout. The women are scheduled to appear before a Municipal Court judge, according to the city's release.

Over the Thanksgiving period, a Walmart customer discovered a lost wallet in the parking lot and handed it to police. Despite the wallet containing outdated address information, officers were able to return it to its owner intact with assistance from social media.

A 46-year-old man was arrested for possessing counterfeit temporary tags on his vehicle, facing multiple charges while his probation officer was notified due to his extensive criminal history. Last Saturday, a separate incident at Walmart resulted in a woman being charged with a felony after attempting to shoplift merchandise valued at over $750.

The police report included a car burglary on Suffolk, where a broken window was used to gain entry and items were taken. Shrewsbury officers also responded to 15 auto accidents, four disturbance calls, two fraud reports, nine suspicious activity calls, and four theft reports. In addition, they assisted the Fire Department 13 times and conducted 25 traffic stops.
