The vehicle, a distinct shade of sunshine, made its unwanted departure from the vicinity of the I-77 / I-40 ramp around December 9, as was made public in a recent social media outreach by the department.
In an effort to locate the vanished vehicle, residents are being asked to bolster the search, eyes peeled for the Jeep that once freely roamed the roads, a beacon among the mundane.
