
Stockton Police Department officers, in a bid to maintain safety in the city, conducted proactive patrols and made several arrests related to weapons violations in Louis Park. In a late-night operation last Saturday, authorities apprehended five individuals, ranging in age from 16 to 32, on the 2800 block of Pixie Drive after receiving tips about armed subjects in the area, according to the Stockton Police Department's social media post.
The individuals taken into custody—Isaac Grosvenor, Destiny Willis, Kevin Le, Jovon Frank, and a 16-year-old male, whose name has been withheld due to being a juvenile—face charges linking them to a conspiracy, illegal possession of weapons, and purported gang activities. In the statement released by the Stockton Police, there is currently no confirmation as to whether these individuals played any part in the recent mass shooting incident that shook local residents.
